ASWAN KAYAKING EXCURSIONS

Join the fun

Updated: Mar 24

We mainly organize kayaking excursions from November to March on demand, different variations;

Kayaking the Nile in Aswan
Kayaking by agriculture lands in Aswan Upper Egypt

-Aswan to KomOmbo, 65 Km, 3 days

-Aswan to Edfu, 100 Km, 4 days

-Aswan to Esna, 130 Km, 5 days

We are kayaking Nile River, the longest and most charming river. It is not only a kayaking experience, but also, we enjoy amazing landscapes (agriculture land and desert) surrounding us, variety of birds, direct contact with fishermen and local communities and stops to visit temples or walk local farms. It is definitely a unique cultural and outdoors experience.

Boat facilities:

We are traveling using a typical 2 deck Nile motorboat, on which we have meals, we sleep and gather for sunset and bird watching (No private rooms, we are sleeping in one big area, 2 toilets & hot showers available, changing cabin)

Note; On demand, we avail boat with rooms.

Friendly Nubian crew in charge. An extraordinarily resourceful chef is preparing amazing Nubian and Egyptian dishes, in a tiny kitchen.

We are using touring kayaks, very stable (weight limit 95KG) Participants are normally 8 to 10.

Cost includes:

Accommodation on NKC boat

Full board (meals, hot drinks and water) included,

Kayak gears, instructor and all permits

On demand, we add an extra day in Aswan before the trip to be able to discover Nubia (Philea temple, Heissa Nubian island and kayaking in Nubia) And of course arranging any visits or accommodation before or after the trip, if requested.

Aswan, the starting point, has an airport,

Luxor has an international airport,

All the cities along the way are serviced by train stations, also a van can be arranged for transfers.

Our first trip next season will be on;
